As of posting this, I am on page 139 and my god IDK why this has been such a hard book to get through. The story isn't bad, the writing isn't bad. It's just been taking me 5ever to legit get through.

I'm so ready to be done with it already, fuck.

I have too many other books to read.

Also Hastings, stop thirsting after Mary. She doesn't give a fuck about you, and she's a bitch.

Welp. Was wrong about Mary but to be fair Christie kinda pulled a fucking reversal that feels unfair when we already wrote him off.

On the last chapter so we'll see how forced this tweest feels or if it makes more sense than it seems. A lot of the other explanation feels fine but this reveal feels just short of an ass-pull.
